The Reserve team, managed by Kev Bond, were promoted to Division 6 last term but with key players absent have had a poor start.  Now with 4 wins under their belt there is a renewed confidence and another promotion cannot be ruled out.  Steven Morgan and Andy Broadley are the chief marksmen at present.  On November 15th the Reserves were part of history when their encounter with Sharpness 3rds was officiated by former Football League referee Brian Stevens in his 3000th match. Alkerton Rangers Football Club would like to congratulate Brian on this milestone and hope he continues for many a game to come.
